Jacqueline Hernandez Lewis

Associate Attorney

Jacqueline Hernandez Lewis is a Litigation Attorney in the Consumer Advocacy Division at Higbee & Associates, which she joined in 2026. Prior to joining Higbee, she held a leadership role at a New York City-based nonprofit organization, practiced immigration law, and was an Assistant State's Attorney for the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in Chicago. She has dedicated her career to helping others through the practice of law.
Jacqueline earned her Juris Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 2013. She also holds two Bachelors of Arts in Public Relations/Advertising (cum laude) and Crime, Law and Justice from the Pennsylvania State University.

Personal Message:
Outside of work, Jacqueline enjoys spending time with her family. She also enjoys traveling, working out, and making the most of year-round beach living. In her downtime, she can be found reading suspense and historical fiction novels, or watching true crime documentaries.
