Mark Cullen

Associate Attorney

Mark S. Cullen is an attorney licensed to practice law in Washington, Oregon, and New York. He earned his Juris Doctor from the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law in 2013. Mr. Cullen has more than a decade of legal experience, with a primary focus on civil litigation, creditor rights, and consumer financial services litigation. Most recently, he served as a Litigation Attorney with Portfolio Recovery Associates, where he managed a high-volume litigation caseload from pre-suit review through post-judgment enforcement, represented clients in court proceedings, negotiated settlements, and developed litigation strategies. Throughout his career, he has also held positions with Professional Credit Services, Machol & Johannes LLC, and other legal organizations, gaining extensive experience in litigation, legal research, motion practice, and case management.

Personal Message: Outside of work, Mark enjoys spending quality time with his family and making the most of the outdoors. Whether it's exploring scenic hiking trails, taking family adventures, or attending sporting events together, he values creating lasting memories with those closest to him. Mark also enjoys experiencing different cultures through travel and cuisine, with a particular interest in trying new foods and learning about the traditions behind them.
