He graduated from The University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law with his J.D. in 2006. In addition, he holds a BA in Political Science from The University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Since 2007, he has provided clients with zealous representation in several areas including consumer protection, criminal defense, family law, and political advocacy. Outside of the office, Mark works on creative pursuits such as writing and acting. In addition to the arts, he enjoys taking opportunities to engage with nature and wildlife.
