Matthew J. Cremer is an attorney licensed to practice law in North Dakota. He works in the Higbee & Associates Consumer Advocacy Division (HACA).

In previous positions, Mr. Cremer has primarily worked in civil law. This included complex cases related to investment banking, real estate, and financial compliance. In 2015, Mr. Cremer also traveled around the Midwest region with co-counsel from Kansas and hosted town-hall meetings regarding a mass-action tort claim on the Syngenta AG corn litigation.

After graduating from New York Law School, Mr. Cremer served as a law clerk for the Hon. Charles B. Kornmann, a senior United States district judge of the United States District Court for the District of South Dakota.

Before law school, Mr. Cremer earned a Master's Degree in 20th Century English Literature from Kingston University in London, England. In 2003, he graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a bachelor's degree in Film, Television & Theater.

Personal Message: In his free time, Mr. Cremer enjoys traveling, motorcycling, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
