Sean Hylton

Associate Attorney

Sean Hylton is an associate attorney in our consumer advocacy division. He resides and is licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Sean previously worked in claims administration, collections, foreclosure, and insurance subrogation with a number of law firms in Virginia.

Sean earned his undergraduate degree in political science from the Virginia Commonwealth University and his Juris Doctor from Ohio Northern University School of Law in Ada, Ohio. Outside the office, he enjoys working out, traveling, and spending time with his family.

I have always enjoyed critical problem solving while helping others at the same time. A career in law allowed me to focus on the best interest of my clients by the planning and execution of strategies to reach specific client goals whether through negotiation or litigation. As an attorney, I have the privilege of being able to attain results which have a real-life impact for my clients.

Outside of law, I really enjoy working out, traveling, and various outdoor activities such as hiking and camping. Learning about different cultures has always been a passion of mine. I've visited several countries including France, Ireland, Jamacia, and the Bahamas. The next destinations I hope to visit include Italy and Japan.
