Tye Bell is a remote drafting attorney at Higbee & Associates working in Wilmington, Delaware. Mr. Bell earned his juris doctorate at Dickinson School of Law at Penn State University. He was the senior editor of the Penn State Law Review and graduated in the top third of his class. After graduating from law school in 2009, Mr. Bell was associated with private law firms practicing in products liability, toxic torts, and commercial litigation. He expanded his legal experience in 2015 when he became a law clerk for the Honorable Sylvia H. Rambo in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Bell returned to private practice in 2018.
